Ecuador, CMOC unit enter $1.7B mining deal for Los Cangrejos – Reuters

Ecuador will retain a 50% share of the project's value. Los Cangrejos is expected to generate $4.39 billion in total revenue for the state through taxes, royalties and other fees.
