ECN Capital closes sale to group led by Warburg Pincus, Goodview Capital

Steven Hudson stepped down as CEO of ECN Capital as part of the deal and was replaced by Lawrence Krimker, founder and controlling shareholder of Goodview Capital, effective immediately.
