Quad-C sells Prism Vision to McKesson; Piper PE to exit Wattbike

– Quad-C Management Inc. sold its interest in US eye care services provider Prism Vision Group to McKesson Corp. Greenhill & Co. was Quad-C's financial adviser and McDermott Will & Emery was its legal adviser.

– Piper PE LLP agreed to divest its majority stake in UK fitness bike maker Wattbike Ltd. to Interactive Strength Inc.

– KGAL New Frontiers GmbH agreed to sell its stake in Norwegian solar energy company SunErgy AS to Ewia Green Investments Gmbh.
