Turn/River to acquire SolarWinds; Burlington Capital Partners exits Sokol

– Turn/River Management LP is set to acquire IT management software provider SolarWinds Corp. from Silver Lake Technology Management LLC, Thoma Bravo LP and other investors. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC served as the lead financial adviser to SolarWinds. Jefferies LLC also acted as a financial adviser to SolarWinds, and DLA Piper LLP (US) acted as legal adviser. J.P. Morgan, Barclays, Santander and RBC Capital Markets served as financial advisers to Turn/River, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP acted as legal counsel.

– Gaw Capital Partners and Patience Capital Group K.K. completed the acquisition of shopping center Tokyu Plaza Ginza.

– Burlington Capital Partners LLC sold Sokol Custom Food Ingredients, a formulator and manufacturer of wet-fill, liquid food ingredient products, to Solina Group Services SAS. Fredrikson & Byron PA and Koley Jessen PC were legal advisers to Sokol. Cascadia Capital served as financial adviser.

– Fourshore Partners acquired outdoor kitchen appliance distributor Palm Coast Sales Inc. Akerman LLP was legal adviser to Fourshore.
