Albion River acquires Arotech; Parcom sells stake in Marvesa

– Greenbriar Equity Group LP exited its investment in defense and security products provider Arotech Corp., which was acquired by Albion River LLC. Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP was legal adviser to Albion. 3Wire Partners was financial adviser and Kirkland & Ellis LLP was legal adviser to Greenbriar.

– Greenhall Capital Partners LLC agreed to acquire digital infrastructure wireless service provider Johnson Communications LLC. FVLCRUM Partners provided coequity as a cosponsor and Lafayette Square provided debt financing. McGuireWoods was legal counsel to Greenhall, Killen & Dennis PC was legal counsel to Johnson Communications, Zarren Law Group was legal counsel to FVLCRUM and Greenberg Traurig was legal counsel to Lafayette Square. Founder M&A was the exclusive financial adviser to Greenhall and Johnson Communications.

– SD Guthrie International Ltd. acquired a 48% stake in Marvesa Supply Chain Services BV, a company that sources, blends and distributes oils and fats to the animal feed and biofuel industries, from Parcom Capital Management BV.

– Court Square Capital Management LP and WindRose Health Investors LLC acquired specialty pharmacy and infusion services provider Soleo Health Inc. from H.I.G. Capital LLC. Houlihan Lokey was exclusive financial adviser to Soleo. Polsinelli PC was legal adviser to Soleo and its management team. Latham & Watkins LLP and Dechert LLP were legal advisers to Court Square and Windrose, and Cantor Fitzgerald was financial adviser.

– HealthEdge Investment Partners LLC invested in Western Microsurgical LLC, an independent service organization and provider of new and refurbished surgical microscopes based in Denver. Hill Ward Henderson was legal counsel to HealthEdge. Forbes Partners was financial adviser and Michael Best & Friedrich LLP was counsel to Western Microsurgical.

– Private equity firm Platte River Equity acquired building automation solutions distributor Building Controls & Solutions from LKCM Headwater Investments LP. Bartlit Beck LLP was legal counsel and Intrepid Investment Bankers was financial adviser to Platte River.
