– XPV Water Partners Inc. sold US wastewater data systems developer SmartCover Systems Inc. to Badger Meter Inc. for $185 million.

– Patria Investments Ltd.'s Patria Infrastructure Fund III LP agreed to sell Chilean water desalination project Aguas Pacífico SpA to Patria Infrastructure Fund V and other investors involving sovereign wealth funds.
