TotalEnergies SE struck a deal to acquire a 25% stake in Adani New Industries Ltd., which will be the exclusive platform of Adani Enterprises Ltd. and TotalEnergies for green hydrogen production in India.

➤ Innergex closes acquisition of 332-MW wind portfolio in Chile

Canada-based Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. completed its acquisition of a 332-MW portfolio of three operating wind assets in Chile for $685.6 million.

The combined value of oil and gas deals in June totaled $7.84 billion through June 15, compared to $14.29 billion for all of June 2021, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data. Utility M&A deals aggregated to $2.76 billion as of June 15, compared to $10.49 billion of utility deals in June 2021.
