Information Services acquires Reamined Systems; Evernest buys 3 companies

Six real estate companies completed acquisitions in the week ended June 3, with some buying more than one company, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.

Information Services Corp. acquired Reamined Systems Inc. for $36.3 million. The business will become part of Information Services' registry operations segment.

Altamont Capital Management LLC acquired Service Minds Inc. for an undisclosed amount. David Connolly will remain a shareholder and executive chairman of the board.

Evernest LLC acquired three companies during the week. The firm bought DK Property Management LLC for an undisclosed amount, as well as My House Inc. and Elite Property Consulting LLC.

Butler Burgher Group Real Estate Services purchased D E J Realty LLC and Derango Best & Associates Inc.
