Fukuoka Financial Group to acquire Juhachi Sogo Lease shares

Fukuoka Financial Group Inc. is acquiring shares in Juhachi Sogo Lease Co. Ltd. from Tokyo Century Corp.

Following the share acquisition, Juhachi Sogo Lease will be renamed FFG Lease on April 1, Fukuoka Financial Group said in a March 14 release.
