Deal Wrap: BGF exits NSS; BPOC invests in Network Partners

* Middle-market firm BGF Investment Management Ltd. exited its investment in Nationwide Specialist Services Limited, or NSS, a U.K.-based provider of building maintenance, window cleaning and other services, according to privateequitywire. NSS was acquired by Premier Technical Services Group Ltd., a specialist services company operating in the U.K.'s construction and facility management sectors.

* Pure-play healthcare private equity firm Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company LLC, also known as BPOC, made a strategic growth investment in Network Partners, Inc., a Warsaw, Ind.-based professional services firm for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Network Partners received financial advice from Align5 and legal counsel from Saul Ewing Ernstein & Lehr LLP. CMD Global Partners LLC was financial adviser to BPOC and Paul Hastings LLP was its legal counsel.

* Middle-market firm Gemspring Capital Management LLC acquired a majority interest in West Palm Beach, Fla.-based Security 101 LLC, a company that designs, installs and maintains security systems for commercial customers.
