Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG appointed Gabriel Brenna group CEO and chairman of the executive management group of the bank effective March 1.
Brenna is the chairman of the supervisory board of Austrian unit Liechtensteinische Landesbank and a board member at units LLB Asset Management AG and Bank Linth LLB AG.
He will continue as head of the Liechtenstein-based bank's private banking division until a successor takes over the post.
Brenna will take over from Urs Müller, who served as interim group CEO after Roland Matt left the company at the end of January.
Müller will remain as deputy group CEO and will focus again on managing the bank's private and corporate clients division and the chairmanship of Bank Linth's board of directors.
