Robinhood acquires cryptocurrency trading platform developer Cove Markets

Robinhood Crypto LLC has acquired Cove Markets Inc., a cryptocurrency trading platform developer.

Cove co-founders Scott Knudsen and Victor Glava, and the Cove team, will join Robinhood, which will focus on obtaining quality executions for customers in the cryptocurrency market, according to a news release.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
