Choice Financial Group nets private equity investment, loans

Insurance agency Choice Financial Group LLC received an investment from middle market private equity firm Northlane Capital Partners, the companies said. Madison Capital Funding LLC provided debt financing to support the transaction, according to a statement.

Choice Financial Group, based in Virginia Beach, Va., provides property and casualty insurance and employee benefits services from 12 offices across the mid-Atlantic. Choice founder Richard Braun leads the company.
