LGI Homes advances Oxford, NC, subdivision project – Triangle Business Journal

LGI Homes Inc. is on track to develop a 302-lot subdivision off Highway 96 South in North Carolina's Granville County after the City of Oxford voted to annex the 129.9-acre site, the Triangle Business Journal reported.

Homes in the project, called Meadows, reportedly would range from 1,500 square feet to 2,500 square feet.

A spokesperson for LGI did not respond to the publication's request for comment.
