Morgan Baccari is a founder of S&P Global’s Situational Analytics team,assisting companies with global targeting and risk management whenconsidering significant changes, such as M&A activity, spin-offs, listing changes, and capital allocation policy adjustments. Additionally, she works with banking and exchange partners to help with their clients’ overall investor outreach strategy. Prior to the creation of the Situational Analytics team, Morgan worked as an investor targeting specialist. Morgan studied finance and international business at Fairfield University.

Patrick Yau is an investor relations professional with over 12 years of experience as both in-house corporate IR and as an IR consultant. His most recent role was Director of IR at Ceres Power, where he focused on successfully repositioning the business and rebuilding investor confidence in the clean technology markets. Prior to that role he established Edison Group's Strategic IR practice to assist companies in their investor relations activities, having spent seven years as Director of IR at Entertainment One, a UK-listed content rights business best known for the Peppa Pig brand.
Before his move into IR roles Patrick was an industry-ranked equity analyst in the Media and Technology sectors for over 20 years, working for a number of London-based banks and brokers, including Nomura, Credit Suisse, Bridgewell and Peel Hunt.

Caroline joined FGS Global in January 2021 to continue to build the Equity Advisory & IR practice in London. She brings extensive experience and understanding of investor and market behaviour into a private side and confidential environment to advise company management and Boards on all matters related to their valuation, market impact and communication.
Caroline has a strong track record of helping companies to substantiate and shape their equity story narrative so that it aligns and supports sustainable investor engagement. She does this as a retained
advisor and to support specific events such as Capital Market Days, IPOs and Activism Defence. Recent product development includes the creation of a framework to advise on the integration of ESG
strategy into the company equity story; a challenging development increasingly demanded by investors. Caroline holds the CFA certificate in ESG investing.
Before joining FGS Global Caroline had 25 years of investment banking experience at Deutsche, BAML and Barclays. This included Equity Advisory, M&A and Capital Markets. Caroline also spent eight years on the public side of the Chinese wall, as a lead equity research analyst and head of Barclays Africa equity research business. In the corporate world she also led the M&A and treasury function for chemicals company Sasol, ran its US listing project and sat on its Southern African exco.

Lorna Davie is the President of the IR Club Switzerland and is tasked with collaborating with Board Members across all sectors, which encompass the expansion of membership, professional development, networking, communication, and overall cooperation with partners and other global Investor Relations associations.
Lorna has accumulated over 25 years of experience in the field of global investor roadshows, with a focus on the coordination of such events for investment banks and publicly listed companies.
Throughout her decade-long career within Investor Relations, she has adeptly navigated numerous C-suite
transitions, acquiring extensive expertise in managing diverse stakeholders, strategic planning, and executing high- profile investor engagements with a high degree of precision.
Her professional experience in both sell-side roles and in-house Investor Relations positions has provided her with a distinctive perspective on stakeholder management. This perspective is particularly informed by her understanding of the evolving processes in this field.
