Wellmann Insurance acquires Siegeler Insurance – KWHI

Brenham, Texas-based Wellmann Insurance Agency has acquired Giddings-based Siegeler Insurance Agency, KWHI reported.

Following the merger, the agencies will maintain their independent offices. The deal will not impact the agencies' clients, according to the report.
