Toll Brothers to open new luxury residential community in St. Johns County, Fla.

Toll Brothers Inc. will develop a new community consisting of luxury single-family homes and townhomes within the RiverTown master-planned community in St. Johns County, Fla.

The Shores at RiverTown will offer single-family homes ranging from 1,600 square feet to more than 3,300 square feet and townhomes spanning 2,000 square feet to 2,300 square feet.
