The McGowan Cos. acquires assets of Couch Braunsdorf's wholesale division

The McGowan Cos. Inc. acquired the assets of Couch Braunsdorf Insurance Group's wholesale division, effective Feb. 1.

The wholesale division specializes in writing lawyers professional liability. Following the transaction, the acquired entity will operate using the McGowan brand.

The staff of Couch Braunsdorf's lawyers professional liability programs will be led by Neil McGowan, director of lawyers professional liability programs at The McGowan Cos.
