Goldman Sachs Group Inc. appointed Ben Frost and Andre Kelleners global co-heads of the bank's consumer retail group, Bloomberg News reported Jan. 27, citing a company memo from Dan Dees and Jim Esposito, co-heads of investment banking.
Frost is currently global head of mergers and acquisitions for consumer retail. Kelleners is based in London and presently leads the consumer retail business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Frost and Kelleners will reportedly join the executive committee of Goldman Sachs' investment banking division. They succeed Stephan Feldgoise, who will focus on his duties as global co-head of mergers and acquisitions.
A Goldman Sachs representative confirmed the contents of the memo to Bloomberg.
