Deal Wrap: Silverfleet to exit Pumpenfabrik; Warburg to buy into Micro Life

* Silverfleet Capital will divest Pumpenfabrik Wangen GmbH, a German manufacturer of cavity and twin-screw pumps, to Atlas Copco Group in a deal slated to close in the first or second quarter. MCF Corporate Finance, goetzpartners, Ebner Stolz, PwC, McDermott and Shearman & Sterling were advisers to Silverfleet.

* Warburg Pincus LLC agreed to buy a minority stake in Micro Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., the parent of Indian medical device company Meril Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd., for about $210 million through its Dutch investment holding company South Elm Investments BV, VCCircle reported.

* Navis Capital Partners agreed to sell TES-Envirocorp Pte. Ltd. to SK ecoplant Co. Ltd. The transaction, which values the Singaporean electronic waste management service provider at $1 billion, is expected to be completed in the second quarter.

* Fonds de solidarité FTQ and Fonds régionaux de solidarité FTQ Montréal are investing in Montréal-based engineering company GCM Consultants.
