* Wellspring, a software-as-a-service provider of innovation and intellectual property management solutions, received an investment from Resurgens Technology Partners. Lightning Partners was financial adviser and Foley & Lardner LLP was legal adviser to Wellspring. King and Spalding was legal adviser to Resurgens.

* Gridiron Capital LLC closed its investment in Vistage Worldwide Inc., a CEO coaching and peer advisory group for small and midsize businesses. Truist Securities was financial adviser and Finn Dixon & Herling LLP was legal counsel to Gridiron. Macquarie Capital was financial adviser to Vistage, while Ropes & Gray and Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth were legal advisers.

* Growth Capital Partners LLP made a strategic capital injection into financial crime, risk and compliance specialist Plenitude.

* Pelican Capital sold U.K.-based parking technology company YourParkingSpace to Flowbird. Stephenson Harwood was legal adviser to Pelican on the deal.

* Crosslake Technologies, a technology advisory services provider, acquired cybersecurity advisory company Vantagepoint Security Inc.. Crosslake is a portfolio company of Falfurrias Capital Partners LP.
