Deal Wrap: CVC ends Intertrust takeover talks; Investcorp to exit Dainese

* CVC Capital Partners Ltd. terminated its negotiations about a possible takeover offer for investor administrative service provider Intertrust NV and a strategic combination with TMF Group Holding BV.

* Investcorp Holdings BSC is looking to exit Dainese SpA in a transaction that could value the Italian motorcycle clothing brand at roughly €750 million, Reuters reported, citing a source familiar with the matter. Lazard reportedly was tapped to start a sale process for the business at the beginning of 2022.

* Advent International Corp. will purchase a significant stake in Iodine Software LLC in a deal that values the clinical artificial intelligence technology company at more than $1 billion. Bain Capital Venture Partners LLC and Silversmith Capital Partners will continue as shareholders of Iodine. Deutsche Bank and Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC were Iodine's financial and legal advisers, respectively. Evercore and TripleTree were financial advisers to Advent, while Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP was its legal counsel.

* Ardian and Isatis Capital SA joined Paris-based business data analytics company Digital Value as shareholders following a €12 million minority financing. PGA, Walter Garance, FDC and Grant Thornton advised Digital Value, while Levine Keszler, Arsene Taxand and E&Y advised the two investment firms.

* Dymon Asia Capital (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., or Dymon Asia Private Equity, is weighing a sale of its stake in Singaporean injection-molding company Meiban at a possible valuation of up to $500 million, Bloomberg Markets reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter. Potential advisers reportedly have been interviewed for roles on the potential transaction.

* European midmarket infrastructure investor Asterion Industrial Partners closed its buyout and delisting of Italian independent fiber operator Retelit SpA.

* Lower-middle-market private equity firm Diversis Capital Management LP added ExpressTech International LLC, doing business as Fishbowl, to its portfolio. Now Capital Advisors LLC was the sell-side adviser to Fishbowl, which offers desktop inventory management software for QuickBooks users.

* Middle-market investor Levine Leichtman Capital Partners LLC divested BL Rankings LLC, also known as Best Lawyers LLC, in a deal with buyer ABRY Partners LLC. Citizens Capital Markets Inc. was financial adviser to Best Lawyers, and Honigman LLP was legal counsel.

* Twenty 20 Capital acquired healthcare service provider Virgin Care Ltd., which was part of Virgin.com Ltd. and changed its name to HCRG Care Group.

* Procuritas Capital Investors VI Holding AB finalized its sale of plagiarism prevention and detection software company Ouriginal Group AB, formerly known as Urkund, to academic integrity and education software specialist Turnitin LLC.

* Greenbriar Equity Group LP agreed to sell transportation and logistics solutions provider BDP International Inc. to PSA International Pte. Ltd.

* Lower-middle-market private equity firm HealthEdge Investment Partners LLC sold The Columbus Organization LLC, which offers services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, to nonprofit managed care group CareSource. TripleTree LLC was Columbus' financial adviser on the deal.

* Horizon Capital LLP agreed to make a $33 million growth investment in intelligent automation services and solutions provider BP3 Global Inc.

* Tikehau Capital closed the sale of its full stake in Eurazeo SE, generating €182 million in profits over the holding period.

* Blue Point Capital Partners LLC added safety signs and pipe marker company Brimar Industries Inc. to its portfolio. Baker Hostetler and Stout were Blue Point's financial and tax advisers, respectively, in the transaction.

* Veritas Capital Fund Management LLC agreed to buy school website and digital communications tool specialist Active Internet Technologies LLC, doing business as Finalsite, from Bridge Growth Partners LLC in a deal slated to close during the fourth quarter.
