Danske nominates board members; Fidelity Bank names COO

Danske Bank

Danske Bank A/S nominated Allan Polack, Jacob Dahl and Helle Valentin for appointment to its board of directors.

The election will take place at the lender's annual general meeting for 2022.

Fidelity Bank

Fidelity Bank PLC appointed Stanley Chiedoziem Amuchie COO, chief information officer and executive director.

Amuchie has been a technical consultant at the Nigeria-based bank since March 2021.

IKB Deutsche Industriebank

IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG said Ralph Müller will step down from its board of managing directors, effective May 31.

Müller is leaving the Germany-based company to pursue another professional activity.

Halyk Bank

Kazakhstan-based JSC Halyk bank appointed Anton Musin chief managing director responsible for IT and innovations, effective Feb. 10.

Musin's position as member of the management board was terminated.

Emirates NBD Bank PJSC

Emirates NBD Bank PJSC nominated Huda Syed Mohamed Alhashimi, Jasim Mohammed Abdulrahim Al Ali, Khalid Juma Al Majid, Eman Mohammed Khalfan Al Suwaidi, Fardan Ali Fardan Ali Al Fardan and Fahima Abdulrazaq Al Bastaki for appointment to its board of directors.

Morses Club

U.K.-based Morses Club PLC CEO Paul Smith has stepped down, effective immediately.

The company appointed COO Gary Marshall as CEO, subject to regulatory approval.

It said the COO role will not be directly replaced.
