Cowen appoints managing director

Cowen Inc. appointed Joram Siegel managing director and head of fixed income outsourced trading.

Prior to joining Cowen, Siegel, who will be based in New York, was managing director and head of credit for Americas and global credit coordinator at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. in New York and London.
