Colliers completes acquisition of Antirion and Colliers Italy

Professional services and investment management company Colliers International Group Inc. completed the acquisition of Milan-based real estate investment management firm Antirion SGR. Following the closing of the purchase, Antirion will begin rebranding as Colliers Global Investors Italy.

The company also wrapped up its acquisition of Colliers Italy, a previously affiliated full service commercial real estate firm. The deal includes Colliers International Italia SpA, Colliers Real Estate Management Services Italia SRL and Colliers Real Estate Services Italia SRL.

Senior leadership teams of Antirion and Colliers Italy will continue to oversee operations of their respective firms and retain a significant equity interest in the businesses.
