Clarion Partners exits Seattle building for $220M – Puget Sound Business Journal

Clarion Partners LLC sold the NorthEdge building in Seattle to Blackstone Inc.-backed laboratory and office developer BioMed Realty Trust Inc. for $220 million, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported Nov. 16, citing King County affidavit.

The building serves as the headquarters of Tableau Software LLC, which signed an 11-year lease with two seven-year extension options, according to the report.

The news publication sent a request for comment to Tableau.
