Nationale-Nederlanden Levensverzekering Maatschappij NV has agreed to acquire 100% of ABN AMRO Verzekeringen NV's life insurance subsidiary, ABN AMRO Levensverzekering NV, for €253 million in a transaction expected to close in the second half of 2022, subject to regulatory approvals.
