Greenlaw, Cerberus sell Brea, Calif., office campus for $165M – The Real Deal

Real estate company Greenlaw Partners LLC and private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management LP sold a 30-acre office campus in Brea, Calif., to Amazon.com Inc. for $165 million, The Real Deal reported, citing a report from Orange County Business Journal.

The e-commerce giant, which has yet to file any plans, is considering developing the 640,000 square feet of office space in the property into a distribution center, according to the report. A redevelopment could commence in late 2022.

Bank of America Corp. is the current tenant of the campus and will exit the site in summer 2022, the report noted.
