LDC (Managers) Ltd. will combine Lomond Capital and Linley & Simpson to create a new lettings and estate agency group in a £100 million transaction.
The new company, which will have a total portfolio of more than 22,000 properties under management, will seek to boost its nationwide network through complementary acquisitions and organic growth.
Linley & Simpson co-founder and CEO Will Linley will join the company's board as group managing director, while Non-Executive Chairman Peter Chappelow will serve as non-executive chairman of the group. Nick Simpson and Martin Elliott will act as CEO and CFO of Yorkshire, respectively.
Clearwater International and Womble Bond Dickinson advised LDC on the transaction, Dickson Minto, Deloitte and Dow Schofield Watts served as advisers to Lomond Capital and Freeths and TLP Capital advised Linley & Simpson.
