He has extensively worked on strategic studies, demand forecasts, industry research, and strategy identification. He leads the research team based in India and is part of a global team that does a detailed analysis of the short and long-term forecasts for refined product markets comprising supply, demand, trade, pricing, etc. He also specializes in Indian market-oriented analysis on the petroleum value chain for crude oil and refined products and translates outlooks into strategic implications under the dynamic regulatory regime and changing climate policy.

In his previous roles, Saurabh managed consulting and research projects and helped to increase new business engagements along with lead generation and IP creation. He has worked with the global energy and account teams on projects such as account planning, strategy identification, and client-issue analysis.
