In his current role, Diego helps regional clients navigate global energy trends and supports commercial strategy and consulting initiatives across the oil, gas, and power sectors. Diego's academic background spans energy economics, energy and environmental policy, petroleum and resource economics, and energy planning and technology policy.
Diego holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston and a Master of Science in Energy and Earth Resources from the University of Texas at Austin. He is based in Houston and speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese (elementary).
