S&P 500 15% Buffered Premium Income Index July Series

Description

The S&P 500® Premium Income 15% Buffered Index July Series measures the performance of a strategy that holds a long position in U.S. Treasuries and a short out-of-the-money (OTM) put option that defines a 15% buffer level on the downside. The option position is initiated once a year on the last business day of June and is held to maturity. The index calculation uses theoretically priced options in order to achieve the desired payoff.
