Description
The Short iBoxx € Sovereigns Eurozone Total Return Index is designed to measure the performance of a short position in investment grade, EUR-denominated sovereign debt issued by central governments of Eurozone member countries, with a minimum amount outstanding of EUR 1 billion. The index returns are derived from €STR+8.5bps and repo rates, stemming from long funding from investors' subscriptions and funding received from holding short positions in constituent bonds.
