Description
The iBoxx USD Liquid High Yield Capped Index is designed to measure the performance of high yield, USD-denominated corporate bonds from developed markets issuers, with a minimum amount outstanding of USD 400 million per bond, and issuers must have a total amount outstanding of USD 1 billion. Securities must have a remaining time to maturity of at least one year at rebalancing, with new insertions requiring at least 1.5 years remaining time to maturity and up to 15 years expected remaining life at issuance. The index applies a 3% issuer cap and a 10% cap for 144A bonds without registration rights or with registration period greater than one year.
