The iBoxx USD Asia ex-Japan (Restricted) is designed to measure the performance of USD-denominated debt issued by entities from Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, with a minimum amount outstanding of USD 250 million. Sovereign, sub-sovereign, corporate and collateralized bonds with a minimum initial time to maturity of 18 months at issuance are eligible for inclusion. Bonds must be clearable through Clearstream, Euroclear or Hong Kong CMU.
