iBoxx USD Asia ex-Japan Corporates Investment Grade ESG Screened
Description
The iBoxx USD Asia ex-Japan Corporates Investment Grade ESG Screened is designed to measure the performance of investment grade, USD-denominated corporate bonds from issuers domiciled in Mainland China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Singapore, Thailand, India, Malaysia and South Korea, with a minimum amount outstanding of USD 300 million. Securities must have a minimum initial time to maturity of 18 months at issuance and a remaining time to maturity of at least one year at rebalancing. Bonds must be clearable through Clearstream, Euroclear or Hong Kong CMU. Individual issuers are capped at 4%. The index excludes issuers involved in contraversial activities, issuers in breach of the UN Global Compact or those with severe ESG controversies.
