Description
The iBoxx USD Asia ex-Japan AT1 is designed to measure the performance of USD-denominated Additional Tier 1 (AT1) bonds issued by financial institutions from Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, with a minimum amount outstanding of USD 250 million. Corporate bonds from the banking sector with a minimum initial time to maturity of 18 months at issuance are eligible for inclusion. Bonds must be clearable through Clearstream, Euroclear or Hong Kong CMU.
