The iBoxx TIPS Inflation-Linked Index 5-10 (Real) is designed to measure the performance of investment grade, EUR-denominated and legacy currency-denominated bonds, with minimum amounts outstanding of EUR 1 billion for sovereigns and sub-sovereigns, EUR 500 million to EUR 1 billion for legacy collateralized bonds, EUR 500 million for EUR-issued corporate bonds and EUR 1 billion for legacy corporate bonds. Securities must have a remaining time to maturity between 5 and 10 years at rebalancing. All bonds must be linked to a domestic measure of consumer price inflation, with both coupon and principal payments adjusted according to inflation rates.
