The iBoxx SGD Statutory Boards & Corporates Investment Grade 1-12.5 Capped Index measures the performance of SGD-denominated debt with average life of greater than or equal to one year and less than 12.5 years. Eligible issuers include Singapore Statutory Board Boards, corporations or the ticker “TEMASE”. Perpetual, callable, tier T2, Tier2 or T2 dated bonds are excluded. Bonds must have a minimum time to maturity of 18 months at issuance and 12 months at rebalancing. Non-sovereign bonds must have a minimum amount outstanding of SGD 150 million. Bonds must have a credit rating of BBB or higher. At each rebalancing, the index weights the constituents by market value, subject to a 20% cap on non-rated bonds and a 50% cap on Singapore statutory board bonds.
