The iBoxx Offshore RMB High Yield Bond Index is designed to measure the performance of high yield, CNH-denominated bonds issued and settled outside of mainland China (excluding Taiwan). The index includes sovereign, sub-sovereign and corporate bonds, with a minimum amount outstanding of CNH 500 million. Bonds with a minimum initial time to maturity of 18 months at issuance are eligible for inclusion and remain in the index until maturity. Defaulted bonds are ineligible for inclusion in the index.
