The iBoxx Global Developed Markets Liquid High Yield Capped Index (USD Hedged) is designed to measure the performance of high yield corporate debt from developed market issuers. The index includes CAD-denominated bonds with a minimum amount outstanding of CAD 100 million, EUR-denominated bonds with EUR 250 million and GBP-denominated bonds with GBP 250 million, while USD-denominated bonds must have a minimum amount outstanding of USD 400 million per bond, and issuers must have a total amount outstanding of USD 1 billion. Securities must have a maximum expected remaining time to maturity of 15 years at issuance, a minimum time to maturity of 18 months at insertion, and a remaining time to maturity of at least one year at rebalancing. The index applies a 3% issuer cap and a 10% cap for 144A bonds without registration rights or with registration period greater than one year or RegS issues that are not registered on a Recognized Investment Exchange.
