The iBoxx € US Covered is designed to measure the performance of investment grade, EUR-denominated covered bonds from the U.S. market, with a minimum amount outstanding of EUR 1 billion. Securities must have a remaining time to maturity of at least one year at rebalancing. Bonds must be secured by a general pool of assets in case of issuer insolvency, particularly those conforming to UCITS 22.4 or similar directives, or bonds with equivalent risk and credit profile considered by the market as covered bonds.
