The iBoxx EUR Liquid Non-Financials Diversified Index is designed to measure the performance of EUR-denominated corporate bonds from non-financial issuers headquartered in Euro countries, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland or the U.K., with a minimum amount outstanding of EUR 750 million per bond, and issuers must have a total amount outstanding of at least EUR 3 billion. Securities must have a remaining time to maturity between 1.5 and 10 years at rebalancing. Securities must be rated BBB- or higher and have a maximum age of three years. The index includes a maximum of 40 bonds, with no more than two bonds per issuer, and applies a 4% issuer cap.
