The iBoxx AUD Investment Grade Subordinated Debt Mid Price is designed to measure the performance of investment grade, AUD-denominated subordinated debt in the Australian domestic market, with a minimum amount outstanding of AUD 500 million. Securities must have a minimum initial time to maturity of two years and a remaining time to maturity of at least one month at rebalancing. Eligible issuers include entities listed on World Federation of Exchanges or Federation of European Securities Exchanges member exchanges, semi-government entities and entities prudentially regulated by APRA or equivalent foreign regulators. Bonds must be clearable through Austraclear Ltd and comply with APRA Rules or equivalent foreign regulatory rules. The index calculation is based on mid prices.
