Description
The iBoxx AUD Corporates Yield Plus Mid Price is designed to measure the performance of higher-yielding, AUD-denominated corporate bonds from the Australian domestic market with an iBoxx Average Rating between AAA and BB, with a minimum amount outstanding of AUD 200 million. Securities must have an initial time to maturity between 2 and 10 years at inclusion and a remaining time to maturity of at least 1.25 years at rebalancing. Bonds must be investment grade at entry, tradable in the Australian domestic market and clearable through Austraclear. The index applies a 5% issuer cap, 50% sector cap and 20% index weight cap for BB rated bonds.
