The iBoxx ABF Singapore 3+Y Index is designed to measure the performance of SGD-denominated sovereign and sub-sovereign debt from Singapore. The index includes bonds from central government, agencies, government-guaranteed entities, regions and supranationals with minimum amounts outstanding of SGD 500 million for sovereigns, SGD 200 million for sub-sovereigns and SGD 150 million for green sub-sovereign bonds. Securities must have a minimum initial time to maturity of 18 months at issuance and a remaining time to maturity of at least three years at rebalancing. Sub-sovereign bonds require an investment grade rating, supranationals must be rated AA- or higher, and domestic central government debt has no rating requirement. Bonds must be domestic instruments tradable in the Singapore local market and cleared through local clearing houses.
