Eagen, Minn.-based Precision Therapeutics Inc. said David Johnson stepped down as COO of the company.

Johnson was appointed senior vice president of operations of the company's Skyline Medical business unit.

Precision Therapeutics manufactures systems for the collection and disposal of infectious fluids that result from surgical procedures and post-operative care.
