Credit Suisse Group AG named Yves Maas chairman of Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) SA and Stéphane Herrmann CEO of the unit, effective Feb. 1.

Maas, CEO of the Luxembourg unit since 2012, will succeed Romeo Lacher, who was nominated as SIX Group AG chairman earlier in January.

Herrman will also join the unit's board in addition to his responsibilities for the entire Credit Suisse franchise in Luxembourg. He joined the group in 2010 and is currently serving as head of strategy and projects for international wealth management.
