Molina Healthcare Inc.'s board has nominated Barbara Brasier as an independent director for election at the company's annual stockholders meeting May 8.

Brasier was senior vice president and CFO of Herc Rentals Inc. from 2015 to 2018.

Also, Charles Fedak will retire from the board as he does not plan to stand for re-election at the annual meeting.
