Graines Voltz said its normalized net income for the fiscal second half ended Sept. 30, 2015, came to 61 euro cents per share, a decline of 13.7% from 70 cents per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €947,320, a decline of 13.7% from €1.1 million in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue declined year over year to €34.6 million from €35.5 million, and total operating expenses declined year over year to €32.4 million from €33.7 million.
Reported net income decreased 59.4% year over year to €884,120, or 57 cents per share, from €2.2 million, or €1.39 per share.
For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled €2.83 per share, a gain from €2.79 per share in the prior year.
Normalized net income was €4.2 million, a gain from €4.1 million in the prior year.
Full-year total revenue decreased 5.4% year over year to €83.5 million from €88.3 million, and total operating expenses decreased 6.2% on an annual basis to €75.9 million from €81.0 million.
The company said reported net income decreased 10.8% on an annual basis to €4.3 million, or €2.90 per share, in the full year, from €4.8 million, or €3.25 per share.
